Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, the USA and Canada, and most of the rest of the world — 74 countries are listed at checkout. If yours isn't, email admissions@almaqariuk.com and we'll quote delivery.
Delivery charges
We charge what the carrier charges us, plus a little for packaging — nothing more. The price depends on where the parcel is going and how much it weighs, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

A single thin book to a UK address goes as a Royal Mail Large Letter for £2.95. Weights include packaging.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days of your payment being confirmed. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail (Tracked 48 in the UK; International Tracked abroad), with heavier parcels going by Evri, Parcelforce, DPD or DHL. Typical delivery after dispatch: UK 2–3 working days, Europe 3–7, elsewhere 5–14.
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is confirmed, and a second email when your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If a book isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email admissions@almaqariuk.com with your order reference and which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and where to send it back to.
- Returns address: Al-Maqari Al-Qur'aniyyah UK (Returns), c/o Southfields Masjid — Open Door Community Centre, Keevil Drive, London SW19 6TF. Please include your order reference inside the parcel.
- Return postage: if you've simply changed your mind, you arrange and pay for the return (we recommend a tracked service — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us). If an item arrived damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll refund the price you paid for it to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded too.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If a book arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please email us straight away at admissions@almaqariuk.com with your order reference and, if possible, a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges, at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by this policy.
